POSITION INFO:
An established and highly respected economics advisory firm is seeking an experienced Transfer Pricing Manager to join its growing Johannesburg team.
This is an outstanding opportunity for a commercially minded professional who is passionate about transfer pricing, international taxation, and economic analysis. You'll work alongside leading experts on complex multinational projects while enjoying genuine long-term career growth in a collaborative, high-performing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage multiple transfer pricing projects simultaneously.
Prepare and review transfer pricing documentation for multinational clients.
Conduct benchmarking studies and economic analyses to support intercompany pricing.
Manage client engagements from fact-finding through to final delivery.
Prepare responses to tax and regulatory authorities.
Perform research relating to international and cross-border transactions.
Build and maintain strong client relationships while identifying new business opportunities.
Mentor, coach, and develop junior team members.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest technical standards.
Contribute to business growth, profitability, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Minimum Requirements:

Minimum 5 years' consulting experience within transfer pricing, tax, or a related advisory environment.
Strong background in finance or tax.
Sound understanding of transfer pricing principles, including the Arm's Length Principle and recognized transfer pricing methodologies.
Demonstrated experience managing multiple client projects.
Proven leadership experience with the ability to mentor and develop junior professionals.
Exceptional analytical, research, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines.
