A top-tier technical supplier is looking for a meticulous, hands-on Stock Controller to manage store inventory, supply chain flow, and warehouse operations at their Lanseria facility. Key Responsibilities:

• Track shipments, manage stock rotation (FIFO), and forecast demand to prevent overstock or out-of-stock situations.
• Capture purchasing details, invoices, and pricing into the inventory management system.
• Conduct physical stock audits, reconcile variances, and manage perpetual inventory (PI) checks.
• Receive incoming shipments, verify paperwork, inspect quality, and manage supplier returns or discrepancies.
• Operate a forklift to store, pick, and transfer stock across departments safely.
• Maintain high standards of warehouse safety, cleanliness, and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Experience: 2 to 5 years of proven experience as a Stock Controller, Warehouse Manager, or Inventory Controller.
• Technical Skills: Advanced MS Excel skills (candidates will be tested on Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and formulas).
• Education: Matric with Higher Grade Mathematics (C+ symbol or higher).
• Certifications: Forklift license/experience required for stock movement.
• Key Traits: Strong leadership capabilities, high pressure tolerance, excellent organizational skills, and acute attention to detail.
