POSITION INFO:
An exciting opportunity exists for an Assistant Manager to join a specialist Transfer Pricing team based in Johannesburg North. In this client-facing role, you will work with a varied portfolio of clients ranging from established local businesses to multinational organisations, advising on transfer pricing compliance, documentation, and strategy.

Education and Qualifications

• B.Com Degree in Accounting
• Articles completed preferred, but not essential
• Experience with transfer pricing documentation, benchmarking, and pricing policies
• Previous client-facing experience advantageous

• Provide transfer pricing advisory and compliance services to a portfolio of local and international clients.
• Prepare and review transfer pricing documentation, policies, benchmarking studies, and reports.
• Conduct economic and financial analyses to support transfer pricing strategies and compliance requirements.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while providing commercially focused solutions.
• Assist clients with transfer pricing audits, risk assessments, and dispute resolution processes.

• Strong understanding of transfer pricing principles and methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to interpret and apply complex tax and financial regulations.
• Strong client engagement and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
