SUMMARY:
Tenant Administration Officer required to manage tenant movement administration, account processes, and internal coordination.

POSITION INFO:
A well-established organisation based in Bellville, Cape Town has an opportunity for a Tenant Administration Officer to join their team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all administrative processes relating to tenant movements, including the opening and closing of tenant accounts, maintaining accurate records, and liaising with internal departments to ensure smooth and compliant tenant transitions. This role requires strong administrative ability, attention to detail, and a client-focused mindset.

Requirements:
Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English
Computer literate with solid working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Understanding of basic financial concepts with basic accounting skills
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies or irregularities
Strong professional verbal and written communication skills
Deadline- and goal-oriented with strong planning and time management skills
Ability to work well under pressure and adhere strictly to processes
Team player with strong problem-solving abilities
Willingness to work overtime when required
Own transport (preferred)
