Confident, outgoing Tele-Sales Consultant

We’re looking for someone who loves connecting with people and knows how to turn conversations into sales. You’ll be at the heart of our sales team, chatting to new and existing clients, handling inbound enquiries, spotting opportunities, and closing deals on our training products.

If you’re someone who can quickly understand what a client needs and match them with the right solution, you’ll fit right in.

What you’ll be doing:

• Jumping on inbound leads and turning interest into sales
• Spotting upsell and cross-sell opportunities
• Delivering engaging sales pitches that actually land
• Building solid, long-term relationships with clients
• Preparing quotes, proposals, and contracts
• Keeping the CRM updated and your pipeline moving
• Working closely with the team to hit (and beat) targets
• Keeping track of your numbers and performance

What we’re looking for:

• Previous sales experience (bonus if it’s in training, education, or safety)
• A track record of hitting or smashing targets
• Strong communication skills—you know how to keep people engaged
• A natural people-person who genuinely enjoys helping clients
• Organised and able to juggle multiple leads without dropping the ball
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
