This role involves conducting outbound calls to promote connercial training , building client relationships, and exceeding sales targets.

Requirements include a Matric certificate and a minimum of 12 months telesales experience.

This position offers a basic salary plus uncapped commission, along with opportunities for career growth in a great energetic environment.

What you’ll be doing:

Following up on inbound leads and turning interest into sales
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Deliver engaging sales pitches that actually land
Build solid, long-term relationships with clients
Preparing quotes, proposals, and contracts
Keeping the CRM updated and your pipeline moving

What we’re looking for:

Previous tele-sales experience
Strong communication skills
A people-person who genuinely enjoys helping clients
Comfortable with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
