The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to identify and secure new business opportunities, maintain strong relationships with existing clients, and excel in cross-selling and upselling products and services.
Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively source and secure new business opportunities through outbound telephonic engagement.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, focusing on cross-selling and upselling office automation products.
• Effectively communicate product features and benefits to prospective and existing customers.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activity using appropriate administrative tools.
• Ensure a professional and customer-centric approach in all communications.

• Patient and resilient in engaging customers.
• Highly disciplined and goal-oriented.
• Consistent, punctual, and able to handle rejections professionally.
• Comfortable and enthusiastic about finding business opportunities over the telephone.

POSITION INFO:
Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in the Office Automation industry (non-negotiable).
• Proven ability to establish rapport and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Strong administrative skills and practical knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• A self-disciplined, patient, and consistent temperament suitable for telesales roles.
• Must be punctual, organized, and able to work independently.
• Own car preferred.
