We are looking for a suitable qualified Technical Support Engineer for an office based position in La Lucia. You will be working in a team supporting 650 retail stores/

Minimum Requirement:
Matric and relevant IT qualifications.
Minimum of 3 years IT experience.
CompTIA Server and Network + or equivalent
Retail infrastructure environments
VMware Knowledge -advantage
Flexibility to work on Stand-by /Shifts Weekend

Main Tasks and Responsibilities include (but not necessarily limited to):
 Network- Technical
 Sophos & MikroTik Switch & Router configuration & device management
 Sophos Cloud central Device management and configuration
 Sophos & UniFi Wireless configuration & Management
 Network operations - drive technical callouts and Projects with Field services
 Ability to define scope of work for managed services/ Field services
 Firewall Administration – Sophos Firewalls
 Ability to manage an optimise firewall policies
 Firewall reporting & Analytics
 O365 Administration
 O365 Administration
 Exchange Administration
 Power Shell Scripting
 O365 reporting
 Azure AD troubleshooting
 Active Directory, NAC
 Technical Support to Server & Network Infrastructure
 Update internal knowledge base relate to implementation of projects
 Manage tickets on Helpdesk systems related to users, consistent updates of tickets
 VoIP System Configuration & service management
 Firewall knowledge on Sophos cloud central management
 Wireless Access point configuration and device management
 Connectivity monitoring and reactive support
 First line & second line support
 Troubleshooting and resolving of incidents
 Provide end-user technical desk-side support (installation, configuration, problem identification and resolution) for Microsoft products and all business software.
