What You’ll Be Doing:

• Be the Tech Hero: Provide top-notch technical support to users by researching issues, identifying problems, and answering questions.

• Guide & Resolve: Walk clients step-by-step through corrective processes to resolve their tech headaches quickly and efficiently.

• Keep Operations Organized: Assist with essential administrative and filing tasks to keep the department running like a well-oiled machine.

• Data Management: Maintain, review, and update relevant spreadsheets and department files on a weekly basis.

• Always Be There: Participate in an after-hours support rotation to ensure their clients always have the help they need.

• Dynamic Duties: Jump in on exciting ad-hoc tasks and projects as the business requires.
