Our client in the industrial engineering sector seeks an experienced Service Manager to lead service operations. The role requires strong technical expertise, operational insight, and a people‑focused approach to ensure effective service delivery, maintain customer satisfaction, and drive continuous improvement across varied industrial environments.

POSITION INFO:

Job Description:

• Mentor, lead and motivate a technical service team to consistently achieve best-in-class service outcomes
• Oversee daily service operations, including planning, scheduling, workflow coordination, and quality assurance
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by resolving technical and service-related challenges with professionalism, urgency, and integrity
• Manage departmental budgets and monitor key performance indicators to ensure operational efficiency and cost control
• Drive strategic initiatives to strengthen team capability, accountability, and overall service performance

• Minimum of five years’ experience leading technical or service teams, supported by strong mechanical and electrical knowledge
• Practical, hands-on experience with PLCs, SCADA, HMI systems, conveyors, and rotating equipment
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop multidisciplinary technical teams in demanding environments
• Strong background in maintenance, field service, and workshop operations
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a customer-focused and solutions-driven approach

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic Engineering, or a related field
• Experience managing technical service operations in an industrial environment
• Strong knowledge of PLC, SCADA, and HMI systems
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally and internationally
