Technical Service Manager

We are seeking an experienced Technical Service Manager with strong technical expertise and a proven track record in leading service teams. In this role, you will oversee all service operations, ensuring operational excellence across material handling and industrial automation environments. Your practical technical insight, combined with clear leadership and strategic direction, will support reliable service delivery, continuous improvement, and consistently high levels of customer satisfaction.

Job Description:

• Lead, guide, and motivate a multidisciplinary technical service team to consistently deliver high‑quality service outcomes
• Oversee all daily service operations, including scheduling, workflow coordination, and quality assurance
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships by resolving technical and service-related issues promptly and professionally
• Manage departmental budgets and monitor key performance indicators to ensure operational efficiency and effective cost control
• Implement focused initiatives to strengthen team capability, accountability, and overall service performance
• Drive continuous improvement through structured training, process enhancements, and the effective application of PLC, SCADA, HMI, and automation technologies

• A minimum of five years’ experience managing technical or service teams, supported by strong mechanical and electrical knowledge
• Practical exposure to PLCs, SCADA, HMI systems, conveyors, and rotating equipment
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop multidisciplinary technical teams
• Hands-on experience within maintenance, field service, and workshop environments
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities, with a customer‑focused and solutions‑driven approach

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience managing technical service operations in an industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of PLC, SCADA, and HMI systems.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally and internationally
