Teamleader (Production) Filling – Fruitique -Killarney Gardens

POSITION INFO:

Main purpose of the job:

Lead and operate the filling process with maximum effectiveness complying to policies, procedures and standards consistently.

Preferred Requirements:

• Matric with maths and science
• Certificate in Food and Beverage Packaging Operations
• In-house induction training basic work procedures and manufacturing policies, procedures and standards Team Leader training
• Full competence within this role would typically be developed over a period of 6 months to a year with Team Leading experience.

Knowledge:

• Knowledge of the filling and sealing operating procedures, product, packaging requirements, packaging and product specifications and materials, quality procedures
• Cleaning procedures
• Health and safety procedures
• Personal hygiene standards, HACCP, GMP and general manufacturing practices within our environment

Skills:

• Ability to operate a food or beverage packaging process to achieve product quality and maximum throughput while minimising waste.
• Ability to follow cleaning and CIP procedures, Continuous process minding, Basic Computer skills
