📍 FMCG Manufacturing

Our client, a well-established FMCG manufacturer, is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive QC Controller / Manager to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a quality-focused professional with a passion for maintaining high manufacturing standards and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the inspection and testing of incoming raw materials and packaging, approving or rejecting materials in line with quality standards.

• Monitor production, filling, and packing processes to ensure compliance with quality requirements and record any deviations.

• Maintain accurate quality control documentation and batch records in accordance with GMP requirements.

• Ensure full product traceability to support internal audits and regulatory inspections.

• Plan and conduct mock recalls to assess and improve product recall readiness.

• Develop and coordinate new product formulations that meet quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.

• Manufacture and evaluate sample and pilot batches to ensure production feasibility and product consistency.

• Implement and maintain Quality Control systems, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and ensure compliance with GMP, ISO, and relevant regulatory standards.

• Lead, mentor, and train the Quality Control team while working closely with Production, R&D, and other departments to maintain exceptional product quality.

Minimum Requirements

• BSc Degree in a relevant scientific field.

• 2–3 years'' experience within an FMCG manufacturing environment.

• Sound knowledge of GMP, Quality Control systems, SOPs, and manufacturing processes.

• Experience within the Personal Care manufacturing industry will be highly advantageous.

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
