SUMMARY:
Responsible to support and empower the business’ operations to achieve the required customer experience and quality outcomes

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Assume overall accountability for the consistent implementation of appropriate standards and measures relating to quality and customer experience.
Support the business operations in ensuring that the quality of work delivered, and all client interactions, meet our customer experience purpose and quality standards by providing relevant, regular, and accurate reporting data (MIS).
Provide accurate and relevant data to the business operations to facilitate the measurement of Service Level Agreements (SLA’s).
Responsible for administering and implementing QA-based rewards and recognition initiatives, aimed at incentivising and encouraging the companie''s Customer experience behaviours (responsive, informative and simple).
Accountable for all QA internal communications
