Team Leader (Sales) Debt Review

POSITION INFO:

Currently, they are seeking a Sales Team Leader who is results-oriented to undertake the following responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Cultivating the sales team
Orchestrating sales activities
Implementing sales strategies
Providing training, guidance, and growth opportunities
Managing team KPI performance
Establishing and communicating individual goals and objectives, with regular feedback for performance improvement
Driving sales
Inspiring the team to achieve daily targets

Requirements:

Matric Certificate
Clear ITC and criminal record
Minimum of 2 years experience in team management in a call center environment
Prior experience in debt review (Preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
