POSITION INFO:

My client, a global financial services company, has an exciting opportunity for a Team Leader - Fund Accounting (Private Equity and Real Estate). The successful candidate will primarily be responsible for overseeing and managing the delivery of the accounting requirements of the Private Equity and Real Estate team.

Responsibilities:

Act as the accounting specialist within the division
Supervise the accuracy, efficiency and timely delivery of all net asset valuations, quarterly statements and financial statements
Set KPI''s and deliverables for the direct reports and manage their performance
Perform quarterly client review calls and provide client feedback to management
Assistance with any other regulatory and/or reporting requirements

Requirements:

CA(SA) or Professional Accountant (SA)
2 years post qualified experience
A minimum of one years experience managing a team.
Previous experience in Financial Services
