A Telecommunications Services company is currently seeking a Team Leader Credit Control to join their finance team. As the Team Leader you need to ensure the most effective and profitable operationof the Credit Department.

As a Team Leader you will responsible for the following:

Ensure staff adherene to collections policy and company procedures
Set collections targets
Monitor notes and processes
Ensure montly deadlines are met
Monitor the prompt follow up of outstanding debt
Weekly reporting to direct line manager
Provide leadership, feedback, guidance, support and coaching of staff
Review and monitor work activities and evaluate performance

Job Experience and Skills Required:

Matric/Grade 12 (Certificate required)

Credit Management certificate will be beneficial

Minimum of 5 years’ experience

Minumum of 1 – 2 years’ experience in management position

Management experience is preferred
