What you’ll be doing :
- Managing and responding to incoming calls
- Following outlined processes and liaising with relevant departments when required
- Remaining up to date on campaign initiatives projects
- Ensuring company and department objectives are met
- Proactively seeking ways to improve product knowledge and better understand the target market

What you’ll need :

• English and Swahili
• Customer service to the Kenya Market – retail queries on products purchased from our client
• No SA applicants – Up to date working Visa + Identification
• Come from Kenya
• 6 months call center experience in customers service
• Be legal to work in SA
• Be available immediately
