SUMMARY:
A hospitality technology company, providing property management software to lodges and hotels across South Africa, is looking for a knowledgeable SUPPORT CONSULTANT to join their team.

POSITION INFO:
This role suits someone who understands hospitality systems from the inside and can translate that knowledge into practical training and support for lodge staff. You'll split your time between office-based support work and on-site visits, so a mix of technical understanding and people skills is essential.

Core Criteria:

Previous experience with Panstrat, ResRequest, or a similar hospitality property management system, with a solid understanding of how these systems work
PHP development training would be highly beneficial
Lodge or hospitality industry experience is an advantage but not essential
Own or reliable transport required
Comfortable training and supporting staff on system use
Strong problem-solving ability and a patient, clear communication style

Candidate Responsibilities:

Provide ongoing support to clients using the company's property management system
Travel to lodges and hospitality properties to train staff on system use
Troubleshoot and resolve system-related queries from clients
Liaise with the development team on client feedback and system issues
Maintain clear records of support queries and resolutions

This is an office-based position with normal office hours
