Duties:
               
Conduct treatments and therapies                                                                      
Recommend wellness products                                                                                            Maintain treatment rooms                                                                                       
Ensure guest comfort                                                                        Execute meticulous, unhurried, custom-tailored treatments.                               
Anticipate guest preferences using data from the CRM profile before arrival.
Serve as an expert wellness advisor, prescribing personalized home care regimes.   
Maintain pristine room aesthetics aligned with luxury sensory branding (scent, lighting, sound).
 
Requirements:
 
Grade 12
CIDESCO Beauty & Spa Management Diploma
Massage Therapy Courses
At least 2+ years international 5* spa or luxury wellness brand.
Expertise in high-end skincare brands
VIP/HNW clientele experience
