POSITION INFO:

Minimum Requirements

• Degree or national diploma in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or related field.
• 3–5 years’ experience in digital marketing, social media analytics, or paid media support.
• Experience in managing or supporting paid social media campaigns.
• Working knowledge of analytics tools (e.g. Meta Insights, Google Analytics, platform dashboards).
• Understanding of audience targeting, performance metrics, and digital reporting.
• Ability to compile reports and interpret data trends.
• Driver’s License and must be willing to travel.

Key Performance Areas

• Assist in managing paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads,etc.).
• Conduct a thorough impact analysis of digital narratives, media commentary,and public sentiment that may affect the Commission.
• Monitor and analyse social media performance metrics.
• Prepare monthly analytics reports with insights and recommendations.
• Provide a comparative analysis of each programmes/projects
• Optimize campaigns for ROI and audience targeting.
• Stay updated on algorithm changes and best practices.
• Support influencer collaborations and partnerships.
• Monitor issues and trends on national/mainstream media
• Undertake ongoing media liaison function
• Develop and maintain an up-to-date media database, consolidate mediaattendance registers after events, and identify interview opportunities, including the development of interview schedules.
• Assist with media queries, media coverage tracking, and coordination of media
