SUMMARY:
Degree or Diploma in Marketing/ Digital Marketing/ Communications/ Media Studies/ Journalism/ Public Relations/ Graphic Design. Formal Certification in Social Media Marketing and/or Digital Content Strategy preferred. 3 – 5 years’ experience in social media content creation and digital brand management.

POSITION INFO:

Portfolio of published work demonstrating high quality content creation. Proven track record managing and growing social media platforms. Proven experience in growing digital audiences, driving engagements, and producing high quality, high-impact content across multiple platforms. Shape and execute social media presence, translating complex themes into compelling, accessible, and visually engaging content. Develop, produce, and publish original platform-optimised content on social media. Plan, manage and execute social media content calendars aligned with corporate, product leadership and campaign objectives. Create high-quality written, visual, and short form , including reels, short clips, carousels, graphics and captions. Drive measurable growth in followers. Support and execute paid social advertising campaigns , including content creation, copy writing, boosting and performance optimisation. Use the full suite of social media platform tools including Meta Business Suite, Linkedin Campaign Manager and Analytics, TikTok Creative Centre and Ads Manager, YouTube Studio and Shorts, X Analytics and Ads. Track performance using analytics and reporting tools, extract insights and recommend data-driven improvements. Gauteng based.
