Position Overview

Required Qualifications

• Diploma in Beauty Therapy / Somatology (CIDESCO, ITEC, or equivalent preferred)
• Certification in Laser Hair Removal
• Certification or training in Cryolipolysis treatments
• Training in Sports Massage
• Training in Aromatherapy Massage
• Advanced skincare certification preferred

Experience Required

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Advanced Skincare
• Experience with aesthetic technologies (Laser Or Body Contouring)
• Proven experience performing Massage Therapies and Waxing

Client Consultations

• Conduct professional skin consultations and skin analysis
• Develop customised treatment plans for clients
• Educate clients on skincare routines and treatment benefits
• Provide detailed before and aftercare guidance

Skincare Treatments

• Advanced Facials
• Deep Cleansing Facials
• Chemical Peels
• Skin Rejuvenation Treatments
• Hydrating and corrective skincare treatments

Body & Technology Treatments

• Cryolipolysis (fat freezing / weight loss treatments)
• Laser Hair Removal treatments
• Body contouring and skin tightening treatments where applicable

Massage Treatments

• Sports Massage
• Aromatherapy Massage

Hair Removal

• Professional Waxing services (face and body)

Retail & Sales

• Recommend professional skincare products
• Educate clients on proper skincare routines
• Achieve monthly retail sales targets
• Promote treatment packages and skincare solutions

Clinic Operations

• Maintain clean and hygienic treatment rooms
• Follow strict sanitation and safety protocols
• Ensure accurate client records and treatment notes
• Assist with stock control and product inventory
• Maintain professional presentation of the clinic environment
