POSITION INFO:
Position Overview

• Welcome clients in a professional and friendly manner
• Manage daily appointment bookings and scheduling
• Confirm client appointments and manage cancellations or rescheduling
• Ensure a smooth client check-in and check-out proces

• Ensure all client consultation and consent forms are completed
• Maintain accurate client records and filing systems
• Capture and update client information in the booking system
• Assist therapists and practitioners with client documentatio

• Answer phone calls, emails, and messages professionally
• Respond to general client enquiries about treatments and services
• Provide basic information about skincare treatments
• Direct medical or advanced treatment questions to the appropriate therapist or practitione

• Assist with stock counts and stock take
• Monitor retail product levels and notify management when stock is low
• Assist with organising and storing retail product

• Ensure the reception and waiting area remain clean and organised
• Maintain a welcoming and professional clinic environment
• Assist with keeping treatment rooms stocked where necessar

• Support therapists and clinic staff with daily operational tasks
• Assist with retail product displays and organisation
• Help maintain overall clinic organisation and workflo

• Matric / Grade 12
• Beauty therapy or skincare training is advantageous but not require

• Previous reception or administrative experience preferred
• Experience in a beauty, wellness, or aesthetic clinic environment is advantageou

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organisation and multitasking ability
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Basic computer skills
• Interest in skincare and aesthetic treatment

• Friendly and welcoming personality
• Reliable and punctual
• Ability to work in a fast-paced client environment
• Strong attention to detail & Team-oriented mindse

• Basic Salary: R3 000 – R5 000 per month (depending on experience)
