Senior HR Co-ordinator

SUMMARY:
Successful and growing Investment company with operations in South Africa and Europe is seeking an experienced Senior HR Co-ordinator to manage their full HR Administration function.

POSITION INFO:
Reporting to the FD this important role requires a mature and experienced candidate with a completed Honours degree and minimum 10 years full function HR administration experience.

The role requires an HR all-rounder, and the relevant HR experience must be from Professional services / Financial services / Asset management / Investment services.
 
Duties include but are not limited to administrative support, employee lifecycle management, recruitment coordination, training support, HR reporting, and compliance with South African labour laws. There is also ad hoc HR related project work.
 
Excellent EQ, strong organisational skills, discretion, attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment are all essential for success in this role.
