SUMMARY:
A leading iGaming solutions provider in South Africa is seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer with proven experience in the iGaming / online gaming industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality visual assets that drive player acquisition, engagement, and retention across multiple digital channels, while maintaining strong brand consistency and compliance with regulatory standards.

This role requires a strong understanding of performance-driven design, fast-paced campaign execution, and collaboration with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, CRM, and compliance.

POSITION INFO:
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Creative & Design
- Conceptualise, design, and deliver high-impact creative assets for iGaming brands across digital platforms
- Develop marketing visuals for:

Paid media (display, social, programmatic)
Websites and landing pages
Email and CRM campaigns
In-app promotions
Affiliate marketing materials
App Store / Play Store assets
- Design promotional materials including bonuses, tournaments, free spins, jackpots, and seasonal campaigns
- Ensure brand consistency across all creative outputs
- Adapt and localise creative for multiple markets and regions

Campaign & Performance Design
- Create conversion-focused designs aligned with campaign KPIs (CTR, CPA, retention)
- Optimise creative assets based on performance data and A/B testing insights
- Work closely with marketing and performance teams to continuously improve creative effectiveness

Collaboration & Leadership
- Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, product teams, and developers
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and constructive feedback to junior designers
- Contribute to creative strategy, mood boards, and brand development
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Graphic Designer in the iGaming / online gaming industry
- Strong portfolio showcasing digital and campaign-based work
- Experience with performance marketing design (paid media, CRM, landing pages)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma or similar tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong understanding of branding, layout, and visual design principles
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, developers)
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects

Preferred
- Experience with motion graphics or video
- Exposure to affiliate marketing and multi-market campaigns
- Experience mentoring junior designers
