JUNIOR GRAPHIC DESIGNER VACANCY
JOB OVERVIEW
Location: Cape Town
Salary: R15 000 per month
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm

BRIEF DESCRIPTION
Join an established importer and distributor seeking a permanent Junior Graphic Designer
Focus on new product development, digitisation, and creative concepts for print and digital media

RESPONSIBILITIES
Developing creative concepts for catalogues and packaging design
Ensuring all designs meet brand guidelines and quality requirements
Maintaining a quick turnaround time with high initiative to grow brand awareness
Correctly interpreting instructions and delivering print-ready files (Essential)

REQUIREMENTS
At least 1+ years of experience in graphic design
Bonus: Experience working in sunhats, sunglasses, or gifts
Candidate must present a professional portfolio
Creative, organised, and a fun team player with perfectionist energy

QUALIFICATIONS
Formal qualification in Graphic Designing
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office

SKILLS
Strong understanding of packaging, print knowledge, and retail awareness
Excellent time management and speedy turnaround time
High level of adaptability, communication, and attention to detail
