POSITION INFO:

Our client is seeking a Senior Admin Clerk to join their team based in Randfontein. This role is ideal for a highly organised individual who enjoys working with data, reporting, inventory management, and operational administration.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with financial reporting between branches, inventory monitoring, order tracking, and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working closely with colleagues, taking ownership of their responsibilities, and contributing to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Consolidate and prepare financial and operational reports
Assist with reporting across multiple branches
Track and monitor inventory movements
Manage and monitor customer and supplier orders
Ensure accurate record-keeping and administration
Assist with stock and inventory-related reporting
Support management with administrative and reporting requirements
Perform ad hoc administrative and operational duties

Job Experience and Skills Required

Education:

Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, or a related field

Experience:

Minimum 4-5 years' administration, reporting, or finance administration experience
Experience working with reports, inventory, and operational administration
Exposure to multi-branch environments advantageous
Supervisory or management experience beneficial

Skills:

SAP experience advantageous
Microsoft Excel
Strong reporting and data analysis skills
Inventory management experience
Order tracking and administration
Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
