URGENT ROLE

JOB DESCRIPTION:

My well-established freight forwarder is seeking a strong sales support candidate to join their team.

You will be responsible for answering customer queries, acquire lists of prospects, qualify prospects, capture call information, clean lead lists and data, conduct campaign calls, management of office supplies etc., develop and monitor KPI's, prepare business estimates, sales reports, business reviews etc.

This role is suited to a candidate from within the freight forwarding industry, with estimates and customer service experience.
