Sales Representative

My client is seeking a motivated, energetic, and results-driven Sales Representative to join its Pharmacy Sales Team

This role is responsible for driving sales growth, increasing product awareness, and building strong relationships with pharmacists, pharmacy managers, pharmacy owners, and key retail pharmacy groups within the territory. The successful candidate will play a critical role in growing market share and ensuring strong product visibility across independent and corporate pharmacy channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell the company's pharmaceutical and healthcare product portfolio to pharmacies within the allocated territory.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmacists, pharmacy managers, pharmacy assistants, and pharmacy owners.

• Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

• Increase product listings, shelf presence, and promotional opportunities within pharmacies.

• Conduct regular customer visits according to call cycle requirements.

• Identify new business opportunities and develop growth strategies within the territory.

• Implement marketing and promotional campaigns effectively.

• Monitor competitor activity and provide market intelligence.

• Manage product availability and support stock management initiatives.

• Maintain accurate customer records, activity reports, and sales data.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Minimum Requirements

• Matric (Grade 12).

• Relevant tertiary qualification (National Diploma, Degree etc)

• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

• Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively.

• Valid driver's licence and own reliable vehicle.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM reporting systems.
