Office Administrator required for well-established company based in Polokwane.

POSITION INFO:

Minimum Requirements

• Previous experience in a general administration or internal sales role
• Strong administrative and organisational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Good computer literacy
• Sage 200 experience will be advantageous
• Must be available to start immediately

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day administration of the office
• Assist walk-in customers and provide excellent customer service
• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer enquiries
• Prepare quotations and process invoices
• Provide internal sales support to customers
• Send relevant financial information to the South African finance team
• Maintain accurate records and filing systems
• Perform general administrative and ad hoc office duties
• Ensure the office runs efficiently in the absence of the sales representative
