Where You'll Make an Impact:

Bring new suppliers into the business and increase purchasing volumes
Develop and penetrate new markets within the waste management and industrial recycling sectors
Build and sustain a strong, long-term customer base
Leverage existing industry networks and market knowledge to achieve sales targets
Conduct market research and networking to identify new business opportunities

Duties:

Establish and nurture relationships with potential suppliers and clients
Drive sales growth through cold calling, negotiations, and strategic outreach
Collaborate with internal teams to align business development initiatives
Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends and competitor activities

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales, business development, or buying within relevant industries
Proven track record of successfully bringing in and developing new business
Strong network and market knowledge in waste management, automotive, mining, or industrial sectors
Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment

Existing industry contacts and relationships
Experience in scrap metal, e-waste, or related recycling sectors
