SUMMARY:
The successful incumbent will be responsible for the daily processing of sales orders and deal sheets, including accurate price capturing. Provide telephonic assistance to customers regarding pricing and general inquiries and ensure completeness by checking the Daily Sales Summary Checklist. Also supports the sales team by handling tele-sales duties during their absence and performing additional tasks as outlined in the key responsibilities.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Grade 12
2 – 3 years’ experience in a similar roll
Own transport will be advantageous
Must willing to work shifts including nights and weekends as well as standby
Must live within 30km of the site (Nigel).

Skills:

Computer literate (e.g., Excel, Microsoft Office, Great Plains)
Good communication skills
Good interpersonal skills
Good administrative and organizational skills
Task orientated and deadline driven
Perform under pressure
Attention to detail and accuracy is imperative
Fluent in English and Afrikaans
Self-motivated.
Sound experience in tele-sales for formal and retail Distribution channels.
Experience in FMCG Retail Industry an advantage

Responsibilities will include however not limited to:

Daily capturing of sales orders
Daily capturing of deal sheets and prices
Assist customers telephonically with prices and other queries
Check daily sales summary checklist
Relieve for Sales Representatives when on leave (Tele-sales)
Perform duties as per key tasks.
