SUMMARY:
We are looking for a Sales / Business Development Consultant to join our team in the temporary staffing/labour services industry

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and approach potential new clients.
Generate leads through cold calling, networking and referrals.
Arrange client meetings and present staffing solutions.
Understand client staffing requirements and provide suitable solutions.
Prepare quotations and negotiate rates and terms.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Follow up on leads, proposals and new business opportunities.
Meet monthly sales and business development targets.
Work closely with recruitment and payroll teams to ensure client needs are met.
Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.

Requirements:

Previous sales/business development experience, preferably in staffing, recruitment or labour services.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Target-driven and confident in dealing with clients.
Valid driver’s licence and own reliable transport preferred.
Computer literate.

Key Performance Areas:

New clients acquired.
Sales/revenue generated.
Client retention and relationship management.
Number of new business opportunities generated.
Achievement of monthly targets.
