Job Title: Sales Administrator - FMCG/Food Industry

Location: Kempton Park, Gauteng

Basic Salary: Negotiable R15K- R20K based on qualifications, skills, and experience.

POSITION INFO:
Your Role

In this position, you will be the helpful link between the sales team and the dispatch warehouse. You will use your organizational & administrative skills to keep customer orders flowing smoothly from start to finish. This role offers great support from management and excellent opportunities to learn about wholesale supply chains. It is the perfect place to grow a long-term, rewarding career in administration.

Job Description

Capture large wholesale customer orders into the company computer system daily.
Chat with friendly field sales agents and retail buyers about their delivery dates.
Check on product stock levels to make sure orders are filled quickly.
Track delivery trucks to ensure goods arrive safely and on time.
Create accurate invoices and delivery notes for the finance department.
Help customers nicely when they have questions about their orders or deliveries.
Keep tidy digital folders for all client paperwork and delivery notes.
Share quick weekly sales updates with the team manager.

What You Need to Apply

A Grade 12 certificate.
Three years of experience doing office administration and sales analysis and reports for a food/FMCG Distributor.
Good computer skills, especially with Excel and order systems.
A friendly, helpful attitude with a love for organizing things.
A willingness to learn and work well with an energetic team.
