Sales Administrator

POSITION INFO:
Our client, a growing organisation within the commercial asset finance industry, is looking for a highly organised Sales Administrator to join their dynamic sales team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple transactions simultaneously, and ensuring every deal progresses smoothly from enquiry to payout.

Key Responsibilities

• Convert and follow up on inbound sales enquiries
• Prepare, compile, and track finance application documentation
• Monitor transactions from initial enquiry through to final payout
• Liaise with brokers, clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless deal progression
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipeline reports
• Coordinate onboarding documentation and compliance requirements
• Follow up on outstanding documentation and approval conditions
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the funding process
• Prepare sales reports and assist with general sales administration
• Ensure all documentation is accurate, compliant, and submitted within required timeframes

• Matric (Grade 12)
• 1–3 years' experience in Sales Administration, Financial Administration, or a similar role
• Experience within Commercial Asset Finance, Equipment Finance, Vehicle Finance, Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Lending, or Credit environments will be highly advantageous
• Experience working with brokers, commercial clients, or financial applications is beneficial
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Experience using Zoho CRM or a similar CRM system
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills
• Strong communication and relationship management abilities
• Ability to prioritise multiple tasks in a high-volume environment
