We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team.

Matric

Requirements

Minimum 5 years' experience as a Sales Administrator, Sales Coordinator, or similar role in both the retail and manufacturing industries.
Excellent communication skills, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including:
- V-lookup
- Pivot Tables
- Data analysis and reporting
- Formula creation and spreadsheet management
Strong customer service and relationship management skills

Duties

Provide administrative support to the sales team.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and follow-up.
Liaise closely with customers regarding orders, deliveries, queries, and product information.
Process sales orders accurately and efficiently.
Coordinate with production, logistics, and other internal departments to ensure customer requirements are met.
Prepare and distribute sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
Monitor customer accounts and assist with resolving issues promptly.
Maintain accurate sales and customer records.
