Sales Administrator and Personal Assistant

POSITION INFO:
Qualification

Matric

Requirements

Minimum 5 years experience in support and office administration function within the sales department
Excel Advanced skills including pivot tables and vlookup
Experience with compiling sales reports, planning regional visits and assisting in travel and expo arrangements
Diary management, schedule and prioritize appointments
Coordinate and manage events such as trade shows, expos, sales conferences, etc.
Assist the Sales Manager and Reps with customer related queries
Follow up on accounts payments
Check account applications, report a decision back to Finance
Manage and implement customer service survey, as well as work closely with team members to departments to ensure company goals are met and communication is seamless
Assist any walk in customers and direct them to appropriate sales person
