SALES & MARKETING ADMINISTRATOR

Milnerton, Cape Town | Full-Time | Office-Based

Are you exceptionally organized, naturally proactive and always one step ahead?

Looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Administrator to keep property transactions moving, deadlines on track and property marketing looking its best.
This varied role combines property sales administration, compliance and digital marketing - perfect for someone who enjoys both structure and creativity.

POSITION INFO:
Responsibilities:

Manage property sales administration from signed Offer to Purchase through to transfer
Monitor suspensive conditions, bond approvals, deposits, guarantees and deadlines
Liaise professionally with buyers, sellers, agents and conveyancing attorneys
Maintain accurate transaction files and provide regular progress updates
Prepare CMAs, property reports, listing presentations and commission information
Assist with KYC, FIC, RMCP and PPRA-related administration
Create and update property listings, website content and social media campaigns
Design brochures, flyers and marketing material using Canva
Assist with Facebook, Instagram, Meta and video content

Requirements:

Outstanding administration and organizational skills
A proactive, deadline-driven approach with strong attention to detail
Confident communication and professional follow-up skills
Experience with Google Workspace, Excel, Canva and social media platforms
A positive, energetic attitude and willingness to get involved
The ability to work full-time from the Milnerton office

Previous experience in property sales administration, CMAs, property reports or real estate marketing will be a strong advantage.
