The company provides specialized trailer-based units and custom solutions to B2B clients across various industries, including construction, mining, agriculture, and events.

The Role: Sales & Marketing Manager

This role exists to lead and manage the Sales & Marketing function while remaining actively involved in the full sales cycle. The position focuses on identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, driving sales through to closure, and overseeing the external website and SEO service provider to support lead generation and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Must have a minimum of 8–10 years’ proven sales experience, with strong exposure to B2B sales and new business development.

• Proactively identify, target, negotiate, and close new business opportunities to achieve company revenue and growth targets.

• Lead, coach, and manage a small Sales & Marketing team, setting objectives and monitoring performance against KPIs.

• Maintain and update the company price list while costing new, modified, and custom products based on materials, manufacturing requirements, and margins.

• Manage the external website, SEO, and digital marketing service provider, holding them accountable for deliverables, timelines, and search performance.

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies, including content creation, market research, client visits, cold calling, and pipeline management.

• Provide technical advice, practical solutions, and troubleshooting support to clients and internal sales teams.

• Prepare accurate sales forecasts and regular reports covering sales pipeline, performance, market opportunities, and digital marketing results.

About You

• Minimum 8–10 years’ proven sales experience with strong exposure to B2B sales and new business development.

• Previous experience in a senior Sales, Sales Management, or Business Development role.

• Marketing or Technical Diploma or Degree.

• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel as required for client meetings and business development.

• Strong technical aptitude, commercial awareness, and computer literacy, including Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and digital marketing platforms.

• Solid understanding of digital marketing, SEO principles, website management, and online lead generation.

• Proven track record of managing sales targets, revenue objectives, commercial KPIs, and managing a sales pipeline from prospecting to closure.

• Excellent commercial, negotiation, communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
