WE ARE HIRING: SHEQ OFFICER

Location: Germiston
Salary: R35 000 – R45 000 (depending on experience)

Are you an experienced SHEQ professional with a strong understanding of quality, health, safety, and environmental compliance? We are looking for a proactive individual to join a dynamic team and help drive safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Quality, Health & Safety
- Internal and supplier audit experience
- ISO audit experience
- Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015
- Formal qualification in Health & Safety / Quality / ISO
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- SAP experience will be advantageous

- Strong knowledge of Health & Safety regulations
- Excellent reporting and documentation abilities
- Risk identification and corrective action implementation
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication skills
- Excellent time management and ability to prioritise

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct internal and supplier audits
- Monitor SHEQ compliance and standards
- Perform workplace inspections
- Investigate incidents and assist with reporting
- Maintain SHEQ documentation and records
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
- Assist with audit preparation and compliance processes
