SEO & Analytics Manager

The SEO & Analytics Manager is responsible for developing and optimising digital ecosystem to maximise consumer engagement, discoverability and marketing performance.

Acting as the organisation's specialist in digital platforms, SEO, website optimisation, analytics and marketing technology, this role partners with Brand Managers to improve the effectiveness of consumer marketing initiatives through data-driven insights, technical excellence and continuous optimisation.

While Brand Managers remain accountable for brand performance, the SEO & Analytics Manager provides the expertise, systems and insights required to ensure all digital touchpoints deliver measurable business outcomes.

Minimum Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Information Systems, Computer Science or Business.

• Google Analytics Certification.

• Google Ads Certification.

• SEO or Digital Marketing certifications.

Experience

• 5+ years' experience in digital marketing, website management, SEO or analytics.

• Proven experience managing websites and digital platforms.

• Strong experience with digital analytics and reporting.

• Experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Search Console and Looker Studio.

• Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress or equivalent).

• Consumer Health, Healthcare or FMCG experience.
