SUMMARY:

Our client requires the services of Sales and Marketing Assistant to help drive sales and promote Gin, Cream liqueurs, and Brandy products from their Somerset West office. The position requires a self-driven, well-organised, and influential individual with a passion for the Spirits and wine industry.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist sales manager with sales and marketing function
General administration for sales
Build relationships with customers
Specific Key Accounts Management
Brand ambassador at events
Develop and perform new innovative marketing techniques & growth opportunities

REQUIREMENTS:

A relevant tertiary qualification (Tourism, Wine, Marketing) advantageous
2 years’ experience in the hospitality and/or wine industries
Proven sales experience
Knowledge of the wine industry market is preferable
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Bilingual (English and Afrikaans)
Computer literacy.
Driver’s license
