Luxury 4-Star Hotel | Evening Shifts | Leadership Role

POSITION INFO:
THE ROLE
- Lead and manage all evening restaurant operations.
- Take full responsibility for dinner service, guest experience, and service standards.
- Conduct pre-service briefings and ensure staff readiness.
- Supervise and support floor teams during peak service periods.
- Coordinate closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues professionally.
- Oversee functions, special events, and promotional evenings.
- Maintain health, safety, hygiene, and operational standards.

WHAT YOU NEED
- Matric and a relevant hospitality qualification.
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Restaurant Manager or Senior Assistant Restaurant Manager within a 4 or 5-star hotel or luxury restaurant environment.
- Proven experience managing high-volume dinner service operations.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and staff management skills.
- Experience with labour planning, cost control, stock oversight, and operational reporting.
- Ability to manage service flow, guest expectations, and team performance under pressure.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Professional presentation aligned with luxury hospitality
standards.
