SUMMARY:
RESORT NIGHT MANAGER
Central Drakensberg, Kwazulu-Natal
R 18 700 to R 25 000 per month depending on experience

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements: 
  • Will be part of a team of 6 x Duty Managers, 5 x Team leaders, and staff complement of x 130.
  • Be able to run F&B Operations and other departments during the night shifts.
  • Check on Reception, Cleaning Crews, Set up Crews, Laundry, and Security during the night.
  • Knowledge of Kitchen Operations, Function Setups, Bar Setups etc.
  • Management and Control of OE
  • Restaurant, Banqueting and Bar Management from 21h00 until close – including staff on duty.
  • Legislative Compliance OHSA/LRA/BCEA
  • Be able to Plan, Lead, Organise, and Control
  • Computer literate (Opera/Micros) and competent administration skills
  • Food and Beverage Management Certificate/Diploma an added advantage
  • 5 to 10 years experience in a similar position (this term is open to negotiation)
