SUMMARY:
Stellenbosch: A prestigious hospitality destination in the Cape Winelands is seeking to appoint a highly organised and service-driven Reservations Agent & Office Administrator to provide administrative and operational support across the Restaurant, Guest Accommodation, Boutique and Events divisions.

POSITION INFO:
Purpose of the Role
To ensure the smooth day-to-day administration, reservations and operational coordination across the Estate's hospitality departments, delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

Manage restaurant and guest accommodation reservations, guest enquiries and correspondence
Coordinate diaries, meetings, bookings and driver schedules
Prepare function sheets and provide administrative support for events and functions
Process POS transactions, petty cash, supplier invoices and weekly cash-ups
Support boutique operations, including stock control, ordering, product updates and staff support
Coordinate guest arrivals, departures and accommodation bookings
Maintain office administration, SOPs, records and internal communication
Liaise with departments to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the Restaurant, Guest Accommodation, Boutique and Events functions

Criteria

Proven administration experience within a luxury hospitality, hotel or wine estate environment
Experience supporting multiple hospitality departments, including reservations and guest services
Excellent organisational, communication and multitasking skills
Strong attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure
Proficient in MS Office, Micros/POS systems and reservation platforms (Dineplan experience advantageous)
Own vehicle and drivers' licence essential
