Reservationist - Paarl

SUMMARY:
Our client, a well-established hotel in the Paarl area, proudly holding a 4-star-plus rating on Booking.com, are currently seeking a friendly and professional Reservationist to join their front desk reservations team.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:
Managing front desk operations and guest check-ins/check-outs
Handling reservations and guest enquiries
Providing excellent customer service at all times
Performing general administrative duties

Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
Strong administrative and organisational skills
Reliable, honest, and professional
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work well under pressure

Additional Advantage:
Ability to speak German (preferred, due to German ownership, but not essential)

Location:
Candidates should ideally reside in Paarl, Franschhoek, or Wellington
