Overview

Our client is a medium sized website design agency based in the UK, who delivers bespoke, high conversion websites for clients, they deliver a personalized concierge-style approach in project delivery, where the client and their business are front and centre.

As the Website Project Co-Ordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring website projects are delivered to high standards, this will be attained by working hand in hand with clients during the design process, monitoring websites both pre and post launch and ensuring accurate and detailed quality control of content and customer experience.

Note: This role is currently an Independent Contractor role, which means you will be required to submit an invoice to the client monthly on an agreed monthly rate.  The company is in the process of establishing and entity in South Africa, once done there is a high possibility of this role being adjusted to a permanent position.

Minimum Requirements:

• Accuracy and attention to detail with proofreading background.
• Excellent organisational, time and project management skills with the ability to multi-task. Previous experience managing multiple projects is required, with the ability to prioritise responsibilities, ensuring deadlines and promises made to clients, are kept.
• Analytical mind with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to understand opportunities for improvement.
• Fluency in written and spoken English. Spelling, punctuation, and grammar will be on display.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients as well as team members.
• You will not be designing or coding websites. Instead, you will be coordinating the completion of websites to our exacting client standards. It is an easy role for someone that understand quality accuracy and is highly organised and efficient.
