What You Bring

Minimum 2 years’ experience in agency or specialist recruitment
Proven success in business development and placements
Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building ability
Resilience, ambition, and a performance-driven mindset
Tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, or related field (advantageous)
