Your Role

Own and grow a specialist recruitment desk end to end
Develop long-term, strategic relationships with key clients
Position yourself as a subject-matter expert within your niche
Deliver insight-driven recruitment solutions tailored to client needs
Manage your desk against clear performance metrics with full accountability
